  Brought tablet in to get shattered screen fixed. Was quoted $100 and told it'd take a week. When a week came and went and I hadn't heard anything I called to ask them how it was going and they told me that it'd need further repairs than just the screen and that it'd take another $100 to fix. They had been sitting on my tablet waiting around for me to call before doing anything further on it. They never called me, which they should have the SECOND they realized something was wrong with it. So fine, gave them permission and they ordered the piece. Told me it'd take another week. Another week comes and goes and I call again, they tell me they have the parts but don't know when it'll get done. Either today or tomorrow, but they aren't sure. That's it. No definitive time line or anything, just it's busy today so probably not today and maybe tomorrow. It wasn't done the next day either. A few days later I call and they inform me it's finally being worked on and will be ready later that day. Well, I go to pick it up and everything is fine for the first 24 hours. I realize the home button is broken, but everything else works fine. Less than 24 hours later a bubble develops on the screen. We hadn't touched it, hadn't been messing with it, it was sitting untouched on a desk and a bubble starts to grow and spread on the screen. Bring it back in, and instead of even OFFERING to fix it the manager, Tyler, gives us a huge speech about how sometimes bad things happen and there isn't anything he can do and so on and so forth. So my fiance and I ask him if he can fix it, yes or no, and he refuses to give us a straight answer. Just keeps talking us in circles. Fine, we demand a refund, and he demands the parts back. No apology no nothing. Just cold and careless. Will absolutely NEVER go there again. I've had great experiences with Milwaukee PCs in other towns, but the Sheboygan manager, Tyler, is abhorrent when it comes to customer service. Will NEVER go again. He lost two customers today, and hopefully many more when they read my review.

  The worker I had in the store was very helpful and got my computer back in little time. He was very helpful and told me how to fix the problems if they were to arise again. I would definitely come back in if I ever ran into a problem that I didn't know how to fix.
